EMA high expansion foam makers are able to produce large quantities of foam when requested. It is used for the saturation of large volumes of enclosed spaces.
In any case, this foam maker can be calibrated to deliver different capacities. All models are made of a case and a stainless steel mesh, the latter having the function of suction of the foam, while the riser with nozzles is made of painted carbon steel (stainless steel on request). They are typically fixed to the wall or ceiling of large enclosed spaces.
EMA foam maker depends on the selected foam extinguishing system. Foam makers come in three varieties for generating low, medium and high expansion foam. The three types differ in the amount by which the foam that the system produces.
Low expansion foam makers are used for tank protection, in sprinkler systems or remotely operated fire monitors.
Medium expansion foam makers are used for covering a liquid spill in an enclosed area.
High expansion foam makers are used for completely filling an enclosed space such as a warehouse or aircraft hangar.
